If necessary, we will alter, adjust, re-fit, or even remake any garment you commission until it is just right. In the rare event that we are unable to meet your expectations, we will refund 100% of the amount paid instead of making adjustments.

In-Store Purchase Guarantee

Our suits are meticulously crafted by designers using high-quality fabrics and construction techniques. However, we recognize that even the finest clothing can occasionally have imperfections. To guarantee your satisfaction, we offer a 20-day money-back guarantee. Within this timeframe, you may return items for exchange, credit, or a full refund. Please ensure that returned items are accompanied by the original receipt, in "like condition" as purchased, with the original merchandise tags still attached.

Before considering alterations or using the product, please thoroughly inspect it for any imperfections or issues. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or altered. The receipt must accompany new and unused products, and all original tags and packaging materials must be included if you choose to ship the item back to us.
